What happens if I ask for more than my plan covers?
Nothing bad. Small things get done. If a request is really a project — a new section, a rebuild, a custom integration — we’ll tell you before we start and give you a not-to-exceed price. You’ll never get an invoice you didn’t approve, and we don’t bill by the hour.
How fast do you actually respond?
Usually instantly, and within the hour during business hours. On Foundation and above, most requests are finished the same day. That speed is the product — it’s why we cap how many clients we take.
Is this just hosting with a markup?
No. Cheap hosting gives your site a place to live on a shared server with hundreds of strangers. We run our own infrastructure, size your resources to your real traffic, and take responsibility for the site staying secure, current, fast and recoverable — whether you send us a request that month or not.
Do you only build WordPress sites?
WordPress is what we manage, and it’s what most businesses should be on. But when a site doesn’t sell online and doesn’t need what WordPress adds, we increasingly build it as fast, hand-coded static HTML instead — the page you’re reading is one of those. We’ll recommend whichever one your business is actually better off with.
Do you do e-commerce?
Yes, quite a lot of it, on WordPress and WooCommerce. Checkout, payments, shipping, tax and the integrations that hang off them are all covered from Studio up.
What happens if I leave?
You own your code, your content and your domain — you always did. We hand you a full export and help your next team get it running. No hostage-taking, no exit fee.
Can I change plans later?
Any month, in either direction, without a penalty. Most clients start one tier lower than they end up.
Who does the work?
A small U.S.-based team, led by Larry Preston. Nothing is subcontracted overseas. Photography and video go to partners we’ve vetted carefully and manage ourselves — you still deal with one company.
